- Purpose
The technical cone line comes in many different variations. It’s a great drill to use for building your technical foundation and coordination. Every player should master these drills to reach their full technical ability.
This variation is called “Booth feet, out – in – out -in.” This is because it’s done by switching between your inside of the foot and outside of the foot while switching feet every time. This variation translates directly to being able to move the ball very fast.
