This program contains 5 main steps. Within each step, there is 2 – 4 different topic/drills. And at each drill, there is set a standard.

The way to complete this program is by following each step, and completing the standard at each drill, before moving on to the next. 

A standard, essentially meaning a measurement we set, before you are ready to move on to the next drill.

This program dosn’t contain a time schedule, beacuse it depends on how fast you learn at each step. But dont rush through, make sure to train with quality.

And depending on the time you have available, we recommend you you use 30 – 60 minutes 2 – 3 time per week, on this program.
