Dril 1 Standard
The standard with this drill, is being able to make 8 passes (with your weak foot of course) in a row, with the passes having a good amount of speed. Like the drill video shows.
Drill 2 Standard
Complete 5 passes in a row, with your weak foot.
Drill 3 Standard
Complete 5 passes in a row, with your weak foot.
Drill 4 Standard
The standard here is being able to coomplete this pass 5/10 times, from a pretty good distance. Meaning of you attempt 10 passes, 5 of them should hit your target,
When you have reached these standards, go ahead and mark them complete and move on to next step.
