A ball, a field and some cones or objects to use as cones.
- Recommended positions
All players, but especially wingers and full-backs, midfielders and strikers.
- Purpose
Accelerating, dribbling and running with the ball at high speed is very beneficial from counter attacks, or general if there is space in front of after winning a 1v1 duel. This drill is going to improve exactly that, the aspect of maintaining ball control while running with speed.
