Speed Program

Transform your speed with this 14 week program. Can be repeated as many times as you want. Focusing on all aspects, Accelaration, Top speed, Agilty and change of direction

This program is split up in 4 phases, with each phase having different main focuses. There is around 3 days of training per week (You decide yourself how to schedule them within the week). We higly reccomend scheduling them with rest days between and also before other forms of potential training within the same day, if that is possible. This is to help you acheive the best results.
