
This program contains 5 main steps. Within each step, there is bewteen 2 and 4 drills. And with each drill, ther is set a standard.
The way to complete this program is by following each step, and completing the standard at each drill, before mocing on to the next,
A standard essentially meaning a measurement we set, before you are ready to move on to the next drill.
The program dosn’t contain a time schedule, beacuse it depends on how fast you learn at each step. But don’t rush through, make sure to train with quality.
Depending on time you have available, we reccomend you use 30-60 minutes 2-3 times per week, on this program
