This drill’s purpose is to improve your ability with the weaker foot. It seems simple but, if you are not able to juggle with your weak foot, that lets you know there’s a lot to improve. The main thing you will take away from this drill, is the coordination and your brain working to figure out how to use the weak foot probably.
