- Purpose
Finishing from crossing is very critical as a typical striker, and also for offensive players getting into the box. But this is very difficult to train, if you are not with a training partner. Like the video shows there are some ways to do it, but not completely optimal. So the important thing here is to focus on the timing and the contact with the ball, just practicing that over and over, then we guarantee you are still going to progressively get more dangerous when receiving a cross. But if possible with a training partner then pair the drill with the crossing drill.
