A training partner, a ball, a field and some cones or small objects similar to cones.
- Recommended positions
All defenders and midfielders.
- Purpose
This drill is a way to practice some of the key elements to defending, the predictability, change of directions and risk assessment. In a fun competitive way.
And of course this drill requires a training partner, we got the same drill but with an offensive point of view: 1v1 solving drill.
