1v1 duels happens all the time in games, and are therefore great to practice, get as many repetitions and experience doing this drill as possible.

The key points for the attacker is trying to beat the defender with tempo and speed if possible, and not let the defender dictate the tempo. But also use your creativity and if you have any specific moves you want to practice, this is the perfect place to do it.

And of course this drill requires a training partner and is basically the same drill from an offensive point of view. 1v1 defensive dill.
