100 SHOTS DRILL

A ball, a field and some cones or small objects similar to cones.

Strikers and wingers, but also attacking players in general.

This drill is made to improve your overall shooting ability. Rather than just focusing on one specific area or technique of shooting, the aim is to improve your overall finishing instinct and technique. Hence why it’s called the 100 shots drill, because it’s a 100 shots spread across the field, to go through all general areas of finishing.

A great tip: Count how many shots you think would result in a goal, if it were in a real game. And then see if you are able to beat that next time doing this drill.
